When you aren’t enjoying a porch beverage, you can chill out back on the back deck overlooking a large backyard, perfect for cornhole practice!

The location of this home makes for great University of Richmond tours, retail shopping, good food options, and nice neighborhood walks.

This is a great place to do some morning jogs/walks, but not convenient for walking to nearby conveniences. Lyft is a good option here but if you have a rental or own car, there is off-street parking available onsite.

Where Am I?

Breathe in and exhale for you are in the embrace of Richmond’s West End in Henrico County. You are located in the Westhaven subdivision. The West End is known for its suburban lifestyle including highly rated schools, malls, and family activity. This particular area entails St. Mary’s Hospital, University of Richmond, and 2 shopping malls nearby.

You’ll find Cape Cods, Brick Colonials, and cute cottages and bungalows here in Westhaven. Although strolling the neighborhood is a fine activity, this area is not highly walkable area, as most use cars as transport. Most of the inhabitants here own their homes and the neighbors have friendly faces.

Although you will need wheels to get to where you are going, you are quite close to the Fan district and also most chain stores and restaurants. There are some lovely parks in the area and visiting UofR is a pleasant jaunt. It’s a quiet and calm area.
