Where Am I?
You are in the Northside of Richmond, nestled in The Glens of Scott Place in Henrico. This area is uncommonly historic right past Yellow Tavern, a confederate battle site.
A battle that took place during the American Civil War on May 11, 1864, at an inn called Yellow Tavern in Henrico County, Virginia. The battle was part of Union General-in-Chief Ulysses S. Grant's Overland Campaign. The battle resulted in the death of Confederate cavalry commander Major General J.E.B. Stuart and a Union victory. - Wikipedia
This area is known for its suburban neighborhoods, business parks, fast food restaurants, and convenience shopping. You are also near some recreational/park areas. This is not really a walkable area although close to retail and grocery shopping centers. You will feel engulfed in townhome living with nearby interstate access, placing you in downtown RVA in 20 minutes.
