This renovated 1900’s built home welcomes you on an inviting porch equipped with porch swing and rockers. Peek inside to find a gorgeously decorated stay with a working gas fireplace for cozy evenings and a dining room fit for any holiday feast. Original pocket doors give you that formal feel, but let’s check out a chiller spot.

The living room and its pretty furnishings encourage you to take a breather and put your feet up, these shows aren’t going to binge themselves! Once you’ve settled and start to feel a little peckish and need a little nibble, check out the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, coffee stop, and gas cooking. There’s access to the back porch and mosaic tiled patio with firepit. We do declare that evenings will be divine here!

Before you go out exploring you’ll want to rest your pretty little heads upstairs in one of the three bedrooms. All bedrooms are comfortable with ceiling fans. Second and Primary, both have smart televisions. The main sleeping quarters resides in the front of the home and here you will find a very lovely room with an additional game room/office! You’ll be entertained for hours with two arcade style gaming systems, as well as a desk for being distracted with those emails. Bedrooms are shared by a full tub bath, and it truly is a nice deep tub with plenty of shower head options. A perfect stay for a family holiday, a small wedding party, or a work event!

Where Am I?

You’ll get a real taste of historic charm at this residential stay south of the James in the Woodland Heights neighborhood. This former trolley car neighborhood has many delights which include beautiful parks, great restaurants, and river views.

Now honey, it’s time for you to get up and at ‘em and explore the area. Walk on over to some delicious eats, a nice coffee spot and the beautiful natural trails of Forest Hill Park. You can get adventurous and walk over the Manchester Bridge into our downtown district or you can car service it to many Southern charms including historic sites, the James River, delicious dining options, and lots of walkable haunts.

You’ll find Queen Anne and Four-Square architecture here with beautiful detail. This neighborhood is peaceful and Forest Hill will lead you to good eats and fun times. Check out the Maker’s Fair in the fall and the South of the James Farmers Market will put you in touch with all the locals.
