We create a narrative when marketing your property by giving guests a genuine and detailed look into their stay. We have in-house, experienced and skilled marketing storytellers.
You will receive beautifully inviting photographs of your property by an experienced photographer. We provide a public facing webpage for your property which presents it to potential guests that includes neighborhood notables, architecture information, area history and a comprehensive “story” about the residence. This also includes direct booking navigation. In addition, we also provide an exclusive, secure webpage that includes your property with a RVA local experience of the area they are lodging in. This includes restaurants, emergency numbers, wifi information, and so forth. This also includes the ability for personalization and concierge ability.
Each home gets a customized printed guest book with useful information which then provides them with access to their very own digital information desk.
We want guests to feel at home, to explore their area, to put back into the communities they are staying in, and to be able to find specific activities and/or businesses pertaining to their visit that will make their stay more enjoyable. We all like talking to the locals when we travel, here we bring the locals to you.
