Who Is She

Kim is a person that will make friends wherever she goes. She connects with people from all walks of life.  This comes natural to her because she has always lived by the saying "Treat others the way you wish to be treated". This has stuck with her since Kindergarten. 

She has grown up in Chesterfield all her life and still lives there with her husband and 2 children. She received her Bachelor of Science majoring in Marketing from VCU. She enjoys going to festivals and community events on the weekend. Is active with her kid's school PTA, Girl Scouts and being a sports mom. Her son has played baseball, soccer, football and basketball while her daughter is involved in cheer, gymnastics, soccer, ballet and hip-hop dance. she cheers them on as mom and an active member of the athletic association. 

Kim loves to travel and has been to California, Chicago, Vegas, Bahamas, Bermuda, Dominican Republic, Mexico, and pretty much everywhere on the east coast. She eagerly awaits more passport stamps as she wishes to make it to London, Paris, Rome, Venice, Dubai, Johannesburg, Bali and many more. 

She believes in living life to the fullest because we don't know when our time is up. She makes a point to see all that this beautiful earth has to offer and to experience life.

How Does She Work

Kim has worked in customer service all her life. She knows the importance of good listening skills and good communication. You won’t be treated like a number with Kim, although she’s very good at them! She treats her clients through the Golden Rule and builds relationships that are beyond transactional.  Kim has excellent listening skills and is eager to take questions and hear concerns from her clients. She is a diligent advocate, always putting her clients needs and their best interests at the forefront. She brings a lot of expertise to the table and is able to educate her clients so they will be able to successfully find the home they desire.
